The Building
It used to be the seat of the Royal Prefecture and is protected by the Monuments and Fine Arts Office. It has just 10 Suites and one double-bed rooms.Each suite, even if it has all the conforts and is average-level compared to other ones on the Island, has got its unique style, and this becouse nothing has been changed in its original structure.Its position is uphill in the downtown, right in front of the majestic San Giorgio Castle, looking on to the bay of the port. All this make it an ideal place for a holiday on the Island of Capraia. The shops are within a radium of 100 mt, as well as all the public utilities from the Post Office to the First Aid Station to the closest way to the beach. Even if it is situated in a quiet area, in summer time it is the core of the night life of the Island and that of restaurants and pubs.
Suites
Each suite of Palazzo Renzi has some different aspect. They are typical for their space and wideness. They are about 35/45 square mts, with brand new and functional bathrooms; the cooking area is well furnished and has anything you might need in the kitchen. The furniture is in modern style; in winter time the apartments are heated by a power heating system. In summer time they are cool and fresh thanks to the fact that they are positioned in a natural windy spot of the Island and some of them have A/C. The suites also have colour TV and wifi connection in common area.
Double room: a room for 2 people with bathroom with shower, TV, minibar.
Suite for 2 or 3 people: composed of small double bedroom, living room with single sofa bed, kitchenette equipped peninsula, bathroom with shower, tv.
Suite for 2 or 3 people: composed of a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, small equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, tv.
Suite for 4 people standard: composed of a double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed, small equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, tv.
Suite for 4 people Superior: small room with double bed and panoramic balcony, large living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, TV, private terrace furnished with table and chairs, the highest on the island, from which you can enjoy an extraordinary panorama.
Suite for 6 people: composed of two double bedrooms, living room with double sofa bed, two bathrooms with shower, equipped kitchenette, TV.
Services
Palazzo Renzi has a reception open almost all day and 24hr on call. Both when you get to the Island and when you leave it, there is a bus service from the Port to the Palazzo Renzi and came back.
Equipped outdoor spaces for relaxation.
Wi-Fi free connection to your notebook is present almost in every part of the villa and in the common parts outside too.
